When cooked on gridiron/ frying pan and mushrooms or other vegetables are added depending on preference, the flavors of the meat and meal will be enhanced. Additionally, marinated meats and their flavors are best when cooked directly over a fire.
The marinades’ ingredients and storage method we use is as traditional Korean as it gets. The marinade is also very versatile, goes well with nearly all cuts, types of meat.
